Had a second round interview for an experienced hire role 6 weeks ago, was told I was moving to the final round, and no date has been set. Last communication from recruiter was almost 3 weeks ago. Followed up with the recruiter last week, crickets. Am I no longer being considered?

Is it better to start off early career at a BDR/SDR role or a tech consulting role to eventually be a solutions engineer? Advice is appreciated!

Currently working a credit analyst in small business banking, feeling that I’m being under paid 3+ years in the industry with my last promotion I still do most of the old role responsibilities in addition to the new role responsibilities, brought it up with my direct manger “Your working some of your old responsibilities with the new pay rate” I see it that I have more than one role to perform now and I’m not even making median pay. Looking for tips from seniors. I'm at A1 level at a litigation firm, stepping out of the deer-in-headlights phase. With the Partners assigning work to me in teams of 2-3, there's potential for growth. But with the sheer amount and depth of work on each case it's challenging to take on a more "adult" role. I often find myself in a more assistive role, either by my choice or the Partners'.
How can I accelerate my progress? What are Partners' and Seniors' expectations from year one associates?

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?
