Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

We’re still fully remote for the most part. They haven’t mandated the number of days you need to come in but most people come in once a week on Thursdays. However there’s people who haven’t come in at all. Very group/practice dependent but I’d imagine it be relatively easy to find a remote risk role outside of b4.
Are you at a big 4 /midsize or no? This should be pretty straight forward if in big 4 I would think
Are firms still hiring for remote roles in risk? My firm is hybrid 2-3x times a week but sometimes i do miss the fully remote environment
Pwc risk assurance, called DAT now. Been remote since Covid started. My suggestion would be try to get on clients that aren’t mapped to your office. Not the best advice if you’re a new associate but if you’re experienced enough or a senior then def try to do so. You’ll be 100% remote essentially and no client team would put it on you to visit the office or client site more than a handful amount of times per year.
EY pretty much remote practice wide. The only people that go in do so by choice. I've been to the office twice since 2020
I think EY and PwC are fully remote, but I have a feeling that it'll end up going back to hybrid...can't imagine it'll be remote forever tbh but it really depends on where clients are located
I left KPMG early last year, we were still fully remote then and I'm still fully remote now at my new firm
I have in a hybrid role and now we full went back to full-time office work. I would want to experience working fully remote though.
