Has anyone has success taking vyvanse every three days or every other day? Typically take 50mg daily but the side effects have become difficult - trouble falling asleep, increase in anxiety- but not taking it isn’t an option for me as it’s nearly impossible for to stay focused with work. Just curious about others experiences before I raise with my doctor.

I take 70 mg of Vyvance daily and sometimes have a hard time sleeping - I think it’s more because once it wears off I have ZERO impulse control to get off the damn clock app or video games or binging shows.

A friend recommended taking this sleep supplement called Night Shred…I’ve been taking it around 7:30-9:30 pm over the last two weeks and have been getting super deep rest & waking up feeling very refreshed….I’ve had no problems falling asleep at all and I’ve noticed a difference in my ability to focus during the day (probably bc of the amount of deep sleep I’m now getting). I think there’s probably a generic/cheaper option…but it works way better for me than just taking melatonin - which I’ve needed since undergrad.

Recently, I read the book, "Why we sleep". It gives you the advice to improve your sleeping. I think it would be very helpful for you to take a look at it, or at least you can look on youtube for its summary.

Before trying that, I would suggest switching meds, vyvanse gave me horrible anxiety but ritalin gives me good focus without that side effect. I do try to keep myself at a relatively low dose, basically the lowest I can get away with, and take days off or days where I only take half my normal dose or less (this is why I switched to ritalin from the longer acting one)

I’ve found it helpful to take a lower dose of XR in the morning and then, if necessary, and IR booster in the afternoon.

I also took 50mg of vyvanse daily. My doctor asked me about the sude effects and told her I really can't function well with it. She lowered my dosage and it seems to be working fine now.

Hey guys,

I joined my current company 1.5 years ago & my plan was always to use this company as a stepping stone to increase my base pay.

Since I've joined this company, I've got massive hikes plus a promotion, however, I'm sure the growth is going to stagnate in coming years. (I joined the company at 21LPA and my current salary is 33LPA)

I wanted to check if it's a good idea to put down my papers in the coming months and look for a new job? Is it worth burning bridges?

Would love to hear if anyone else recently invested in a bike and what your thoughts were after a few months/long term.

I planned to open it hourly and set alarms so I wouldn’t forget. My colleague next door mentioned politely that he could hear an alarm going off every hour.
