Has anyone heard of any new dental billing startups that are remote?

All are saying EY Pune Kalyani Office is very small and like only 140 capacity. Mostly everyone is getting Kalyani Nagar in Offer, there are already 170+ people in this group hopefully they will give wfh or open New office

So I work in Learning and Development, and I'm realizing I don't handle social situations well.I have anxiety and switching from fully remote to hybrid is making worse. Anyone else experiencing same?
Considering switching my career, but not sure to what if I'll always have to talk with people

Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

What jobs are currently paying 85k?

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
