Has anyone left Accenture consulting to Deliotte consulting (non tech) in the last 6 months? Was it worth it? Is the culture pretty much the same? I want more money but like the WLB at Accenture. I just don’t want to go from frying pan to fire.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.
