Has anyone made the move to Big 4 as a manager from a mid tier firm (Crowe, BDO, GT, RSM, Baker Tilly)? If so, how was your experience? What are the pros and cons? I have an EY interview coming up and I’m interested if outside managers can adapt to Big 4 and what the risk of pending Big 4 layoffs could mean for me.
