Do you find working remotely during this time that you’re having a harder time staying on top of everything that’s going on? A friend I’ve had a complicated relationship with (which I recently ended because of a lot of drama and mistreatment) confided recently that she is suicidal. She has no family or close friends and will not go to the hospital. I’m very unwell myself but have gone over there the past two nights. I lost a sibling to suicide a couple of years ago and the idea of her dying because I failed to help destroys me. This person has been abused by police in the past and I can’t imagine calling 911 (con’t)

Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
