Has anyone taken the SHRM - CP exam, passed and received a bonus at EY

I have an offer from cognizant .I have 2.3 years nearly 27 months experience and they r offering me Programmer Analyst post .
I just want to check if can we ask for Associate projects for 27 months experience ? Or in how many months a normal programmer analyst changes to associate ?

Anybody knows about Bosch account in Nous infosystems or T-Mobile client in Prokarma.

Please suggest which one is good for wlb and job security. Nous Infosystems or Prokarma

Looking to get into a role as an epic analyst. I have experience using epic just no certification.

I recently interviewed for a great company and they are offer me a base + commission salary of which the base salary is much lower (15k less) than what I was making in previous role and is also below the industry rate. They say the commission will make up for my expectations.
