Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

I’ve been on the other side of that, maybe 5 times. Probably 4/5 times I say “best wishes” and wave goodbye. In one situation I knew the person deserved a promotion and the external offer is what I needed to convince “leadership” in making it happen.
You're better off leaving and coming back in most instances. Firms generally have no problem paying a premium to recruit new hires but are less likely to increase an existing employees salary or give an early promo. I think part of the reason is due to perception as it can start a domino effect.
I tried and failed. Much happier now that I left
Yeah I would leave to gain experience and knowledge leading others
I might come back only in a a higher position and bigger salary
I show a copy of the offer letter and start chanting, "Show me the money!" Worked every time for me.
When I was in audit I was not allowed to transfer to transaction services so I got an offer from another Big 4. Once this happened, my old firm was suddenly open to letting me transfer.
I left anyways because I was not comfortable that I the possibility to transfer was only open once I got another job.
