Yes. I use a professional Illuminate panel in my treatment room and sell a flexible silicone, hands-free mask by ZAQ for home use 3x a week.

Red LED was developed by NASA. Not all LED devices are real. Buyer beware.

There is essentially no credible scientific evidence that this prevents or diminishes the visible signs of aging.

If you want to prevent aging, the very best tool at your disposal: SPF every single day. Applied multiple times if you’re out in the sun. To help a little more, add Vitamin C in the morning, retinal/ retinol at night (2-3x a week … work your way up), and good moisturizer (with ingredients you trust).

If you want to get rid of existing fine lines and wrinkles, Botox is the only thing proven to work. The earlier you start, the less noticeable of a difference and more natural it will look. But makes zero sense, IMO, to get Botox and then not maintain a good SPF and skincare routine.

Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??

Hi Fishes,
I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents

Thanks in advance !
