Have a Senior Data Engineer coderpad interview coming up with BCG Platinion within the next two days..wanted to understand how bcg platinion is different from usual BCG consultants and is it worth going for the interview process? I read somewhere BCG Platinion folks are looked down upon and the work is garbage..appreciate thoughts and inputs here!

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%?
