Have any BU employees covered by NTEU seen their remote work agreements honored through the term of their bargaining agreement?

My agency just stated BU employees are to RTO April 2025, even remote, even though our BU agreement goes through 2027. (Thought my remote position was safe for a little bit longer 😢)

Just curious to know if any pushback from the union has been honored, or if BU remote employees have been told to comply by the mandate even by the union.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified?
