Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

is design not also susceptible to change based on client feedback?
It is but it’s a lot more contained. Certain things need to be in place before designers are briefed in where as AD/CW creatives are brought into briefs where the ask is nebulous and half the battle is figuring out what the ask even is
I’ve seen people doing that. Once they made the shift, they loved it.
But also who would make a shift, are the ones who were not fitting the AD roles and realized they didn’t find fun in the battling clients.
I think about this all the time since pivoting from a background in design to an AD
I made the shift from AD to in-house/tech design and I loooove it. Working in-agency with a writing partner that I hated and didn’t share the same taste with was the most painful experience of my life. It literally felt like a toxic relationship I was stuck in on top of the endless client swirl and need to kiss ass to CDs. The bar is def lower in-house and bc there isn’t the telephone game of client>accounts/PM>CD> and then FINALLY me when it comes to feedback/briefing, I’m just speaking directly to the “client” and feedback directly and it saves so much more time. But I guess depending on where ur at you could either be a part of a design team or be solo on a GTM/sales team (which I’ve tried both) so there’s sometimes not enough creative brainstorming/feedbacking to push the work further but IDGAF anymore tbh
