That one day of cheating could have really messed up your progress - I get it, but just being honest. Also check for hidden carbs. An example is shredded cheese - they put a coating on it to keep it from sticking to itself in the bag that has carbs in it. Make sure you’re staying under 20g net carbs a day - track everything. Good luck, you can do it!!
Are you getting enough protein? Aim for about 1g per pound of lean body mass. Protein matters way more than you think.
Secondly, why the bulletproof coffee? Is it your breakfast, or are you just trying to get more fats in? Keep in mind that calories still matter for weight loss. No need to add extra fats if you’re trying to burn the fat already on your body.
Probably too many calories. Keto isn’t magic, but it can help suppress your appetite
Dunno, MCT seems to curb hunger, engage better food choices later. I agree that total kCal can be high if not well examined. Often tho, a collegen laden Keto coffee can get me until after 12:30 for a real meal.
One big culprit is too much protein... start tracking your protein intake.
