I have not but the one example I know of is they got arrested. You tend not to get away with assault in the work place lol
I need stories!!
I haven’t but one of my managers got into a brawl with a partner. Both punched each other and then they were just awkward around each other for 5-6 years until the manager left as a senior manager to be a partner at another firm. This was about 20 years ago; I doubt something like that will go unpunished nowadays. For one, you will have 20 videos flying around on social media within minutes and the firm will be forced to do something about it. In our case the 10-12 people who saw the brawl never thought of saying anything to HR.
Good old days before social media

I don’t even know what that means

Not at work but at an unofficial after party the mail guy punched a staff and was gone within 2-3 days lol.

Early in my career a male partner had an affair with a female manager. Her husband found out and barged into the partner’s office in a rage and decked him a good one while we all watched. The partner’s wife got a new big diamond and the manager left the firm...
We had something similar but the partner’s wife showed up at the office and confronted him in front of all of us.
I used to work in industrial construction, and it was not common, but not exactly rare, for co-workers to settle disputes this way, or for a member of one trade who was pissed off at a member of another trade to do so.
But I also imagine that even in that environment it continues to decrease.
what is "threw hands" you mean physically assault?
Are you fantasizing?
We throw hands 😎
