Having major back issues, specifically sciatica and lumbar. Any one dealt with this and have tips? Taking too much Advil and Tylenol, physical therapy and chiropractor too. Some days I think I’m better, others in miserable amounts of pain.

I find it really hard to eat healthy when I'm on site...especially when the majority of my lunches are quick ones spent at the desk. How do you handle eating well when there's no time to think about anything but work during the day??

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.
