Hello all, I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations of a good position to transition to from serving as a purchasing manager? I am spent with my current role and want to learn/venture into a new role.

Supply manager or Purchasing Director. You have broad options from being a purchasing manager.

like

supply chain manager, operations manager, vendor relationship manager, project manager, business development manager

Inventory control since it’s a “sibling” of sorts to purchasing is a good next step.

You might also consider getting more into a procurement director role if you're looking for a promotion?

I’m looking for transitioning to a Product manager profile from current Product Owner profile. What are the typical interview questions I should prepare?

Though I’m SAFe PMPO certified, I believe any company would ask for hands on experience as a Prod M. What can I do to bypass that as my current org doesn’t have any Prod Manager opportunities.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated. This transition really means a lot to me and I seem to have hit a wall here

Thoughts on the proposed JetBlue -Spirit Merger?

I used to be a big fan of Jetblue(nyc based), but lately I feel like the airline is just as bad as the low cost ones. Old aircrafts, canceled and delayed flights. I can see why it’s important for JetBlue to have this merger for their relevance in this field.
