So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?

I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. Private sector job will pay 35,000 more but will be 3 hrs away my husband is in law enforcement and can’t leave due to his position. At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted. I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

If anyone he has done extensive laser hair removal (I’m talking full body), how much did your treatments cost and was it worth it? I’ve always considered it but now that I’m in my mid-20s and 1. just don’t care about body hair as much as I used to and 2. am no longer showing as much skin as I did when I was younger and did sports that required it, I’m wondering if it’s worth spending all that money.
