A lot of protein where you get it from
Leafy greens like spinach and kale are recommended, I would buy them frozen and put them into smoothies at home. Make sure you have a good prenatal vitamin that checks all the boxes. Stay active! If you were already working out, keep working out at that same intensity, you can never go wrong with squats.
