Honestly, all can help in some ways but the best way to lead is to be your authentic self. Thing about the managers you’ve worked for, what did you like/dislike? And what were the characteristics of the best teams you worked in. Not everyone is the same it’s important to remember that. Be open with the team and empower them to help you too. I often kick new clients and jobs off with a winning teams session, where we talk about likes/dislikes, share what’s important to us at work (non negotiables) and then describe what they are looking to learn and improve on. This will give you a good basis to build off.
If in doubt reach out to your local S&C T&O folks, we have a leadership and culture offering, and there are online courses

One typical answer is to go for the PMP. That's valid.
Another, less known, approach is the ASEM Engineering Management certificates. I felt this was more appropriate for my career growth.
