I've been a Program Manager at Amazon for 7+ years, specializing in noth non-tech/tech programs for over 3 years. Now, I'm eyeing a transition to a Product Manager role. Considering ISB's Product Management course, I'm curious about its worth and the effectiveness of its placement assistance. Also looking for advice on other credible alternatives with strong placement support? Your insights are appreciated.

Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Is it normal to feel like you have just as many responsibilities as your superiors who make 30k+ more than you?

Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.
