I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Any mid or small cap equity fund is good. I personally prefer Kotak, Mirae or Canara Robeco.
Parag prikh is super performer in long run. It is already biggest contributor in my portfolio and hve generated great returns in last 3 years. My suggestion, don’t go fo index funds. Instead go for some blue chip fund and it will general better returns even after considering expense.
The MF expense ratio is directly correlated to fund size, as the fund grows, the expense reduces. So as long as my selected fund fulfills my criteria (which is more or less what you mentioned + portfolio quality) I usually take the bet. Expense ratio is not fixed and not a tie breaker for me.
Why not ELSS? Will also give you tax breaks
But your horizon is 10+ years right?
It's just that only ELSS will give you tax breaks under 80C amongst MFs 👍
Yaa but I believe new tax regime is good for ctc around 12 to 14lpa.
In that case no need to declare any invstmnt and you are free to go with your type of funds.
No lockin, no exit type wala
Never go for sectoral funds until you understand market cycles! For example, the IT fund you chose will be heavily impacted by currency cycles. Do you understand them?
1 will beat 2 & 3 in the long run. TER is a very massive factor if you are a long term investor.
