I have now offers to join EYP at Senior Level in Western Europe (leading tier 2 in the market), Kearney in Dubai at Senior level too and a “head of strategy” position for a SME company (700 FTE) in Western Europe. I’m leaning towards the head of strategy as it’s rare those positions are open after only 3 years and CEO is giving me loads of freedom. Which one would you choose ? I want to feel confident about my choice

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax.
