I recently got an offer to join Deloitte Consulting LLP as an Analyst in Government and Public Services in the Business Technology Solutions profile, based in their Harrisburg office.
(I also want to mention that I have offers from Accenture & PwC right now, with a good chance of IBM being another one)
The offer was 88k + 12.5k signing bonus.
A friend of mine got the same offer but his offer was 91k + 12.5k signing bonus. Difference is, he’s based in Chicago.
I’m fine with my offer now b
Deloitte audit Vs. Grant Thornton Tax. I have an offer from Grant Thornton and From Deloitte as an Intern this summer. Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? Where should I go?Deloitte Grant Thornton
I recently got a verbal offer from KPMG strategy. Is that more prestigious than like, most other firms? Like, I know MBB is done with recruiting; I feel like below MBB for name recognition is the Big 4 and other firms aren’t as reputable. I’m trying to decide whether or not I should interview and apply to other firms or just take this one (assuming a written offer ever comes along). Also, I prioritize work culture and exit opportunities over salary, but don’t want to be paid below poverty line.

I love managerial accounting, having a strong understanding of business it’s very exciting to me honestly. I know I’m about everywhere. But if you can make sense of it. Any advice is appreciated.
Sure. What's your primary concern aside from getting a mentor? What's your goal?
No need to go to law school or to plan for it right now. Get some good experience under your belt.
You’re going to want a few mentors. The career app that I’m building isn’t personalized yet for men (the first contact was for women), but if I were you I would do the basic learning in there and really start focusing on getting mentors. Or do the first 100 days on the job program so that you know what to expect. It’s totally free and will help you boost your networking and get more mentors.
No obligations at all. I like feedback and shares.

Good luck.
I don't htink you need to go to law school? Unless you really just want to but that is a lot of debt to take on. If you are just wanting to understand legal jargon I don't think I would go to law school for that.
