Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Personally the word analyst has lost meaning to me and Supply chain is a broad area. Are you in Sourcing/Procurement, Planning, Execution (WMS/TMS)? That would influence career options outside of consulting. Within consulting it sounds pretty standard, with more experience you'd go to consultant, senior consultant, and on up to manager. Some companies split process, strategy, and technology more than others and some it would depend on the system. So would be able to help more with a little more information. Also most industries have supply chain- so like all of them- or do you mean other focus areas like data and analytics?
Agree with the above (EY1), but I’ll add that SCM offers you the opportunity to develop probably all of the skills that you’d develop anywhere else. Want to be a scrum master then product manager, SCM consulting companies are constantly delivering custom and semi custom ERP and other applications that require functional (non-coders) consultants to support or manage. Love data, SCM and our clients are swimming in it. You could become a data architect that helps clients make sense of all of that data.
Alternatively, you can become a subject matter or industry expert - energy, sustainability, IOT, “Smart”-whatever, business process improvement/automation.
