• Astellas Pharma — Sr. Automation Engineer — 23 LPA CTC + up to 3 LPA incentives (performance) Astellas Pharma Inc.

• Encora — Sr. Data Engineer — 28 LPA CTC Encora Innovation Labs India Private Limited

I’m trying to choose based on work culture and future profile scope.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back
