Societe Generale(SSE) - asked more than 26(yet to come back).

How much more can Philips or SocGen go upto in terms of compensation. Please help me negotiating here.

Is it true new partners at PwC are making 550-600k? Are there big differences in Partner Comp between Big Four?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be.
