So I'm currently working as a python developer and a data engineer 4 Lpa at a startup since oct 2023. ( They have a 2 year bond 1.5 lakh)
Now I have an offer from another company for Data Scientist of 6.5 lpa, 2 year bond. They will accept me even if previous company doesn't give offer letter, what should I do?,


Current company bond will end in 2025 Oct but if I sign this new company bond and break current company bond, it will end in Jan 2027

Siemens Healthineers - Awaiting offer, not willing to match above offers, maximum they can offer 33L as fixed and 2 Lacs Joining Bonus.
