How do you explain a small resume gap?
Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?

Not a recruiter specifically but I have had to hire creatives regularly in past.
For me, LinkedIn is just a brief overview of someone’s experience. I honestly prefer it to a resume just because I know the UI so know exactly where to look for what I need. I use it to remind myself real quick before interviews of people’s experience in a text format so I don’t get bogged down my visuals. I also do a quick gauge of how you use LinkedIn. Are there a lot of 4 paragraph rants about industry related topics instead of a lot of jobs- red flag, etc. also please Take the bio section to be interesting instead of using business speak.

I like a bit of storytelling that displays creativity rather than just a list of titles/companies.
Absolutely. I tend to agree with this a lot.
Not really for LinkedIn but every creative role I’ve hired for the hiring manager expects to see a portfolio. If I have a large candidate pool, I will not even talk to candidates if their portfolio link isn’t noted on their resume or provided with their application.
Yeah the portfolio is a gateway to being selected because we get to see your actual work on display. Kinda like a vendor showcasing their products at a marketplace.
