Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Personally I'd tell the first offer I need more time because I want to finish the process with the other companies I'm interviewing with. If they're inflexible to give you a few more days it's likely not a team /company you'd want to work for anyway.
Great advice. This is what I came to say also.

I did that. They both appreciated my honesty.
Thank you!
I think we, as employees, are entirely too nice to these employers who need us. You have some great responses here, but I’d love for us to remember that we don’t owe these companies this much Grace. They can wait.
Definitely ask for more time from the place with the offer (that’s a very short turnaround time) and let the other companies know. They’ll appreciate the transparency for sure.
Agree with this! Went through something similar and it worked. One place accelerated the process and came back fairly soon. Good luck!
Congrats. Glad to see you leaving Horizon for better opportunities

I’d tell the first company you need til Friday or even through the weekend.
Then tell the others the situation and ask if they want to accelerate.
Pressure to make a fast decision about a major life choice isn’t cool of the first company.
Yes
You can email them to see if they can accelerate the interview process.
