I have an interview in Gartner. How much salary or raise should I ask on my current package?

I have 4 year of experience in Healthcare Consulting
Current Position: Associate Consultant
Current CTC: 10.5 LPA (8.5 fixed)

Can I ask 70-80% raise on my fixed pay?

Also, do they offer work from home, how is the work culture there.
