Hi all, i need some advice please. I’ve had some issues with a room reservation that i made on booking.com. I’ve contacted the property, booking.com, and my credit card and at this point it feels like i am not getting my money back. In a nutshell, i paid for a room twice and i am trying to get my money back for one of the 2 payments. What other avenues can i take to get my money back? I was told office of consumer protection. Do you think going in person to a bank branch can help?
