There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

A big thing to recognize since you're new: sign up bonuses (Bilt does not have one). Trying to optimize a couple extra points on category spend will never exceed a SUB.
Next thing: transfer partners. This is where you can get outsized value for your points.
I would strongly recommend opening Chase cards first because they are subject to the 5/24 rule (5 cards in 24 months, regardless of bank). CSP that you mentioned is a great card and the $95 is definitely worth it for the sign up bonus and access to transfer partners. It also gets a $50 hotel credit every year (book through portal though). CFU and CFF would be great to add as well.
Capital One’s Venture X credit card is the simplest travel card to start out with when looking at annual fee. $395 annual fee, but you get 10,000 miles each year ($100 value when redeemed for travel expenses - base value) and $300 credit for hotel, flights, rental car through their travel portal. you also can get TSA pre-check or global entry which would be helpful for your international travels.
I agree! Chase is my favorite out and I have Amex and Cap 1. Definitely takes a lot more time to search for award travel, but the value is worth it.
