Recently I joined PWC India
Before joining I know there will be more extensions of Work time which I can manage.. but never thought about daily 14 hour working and every weekend will be working to achieve the targets.. I am less than 3 YOE..

Will it be bad in our profile if we switch to a new company in less than 5 months of joining? And if I switch can I say the same reason WLB or any other suggestions in interview?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

1. EPAM (X lakhs fixed)
2. HCL technologies ( X lakhs fixed + 2 lakh variable)
3. KPMG(KGS) ( X lakhs fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus + performance bonus)
4. Coforge (NIIT) ( X +4 lakhs fixed + 1.5 lakhs variable)

Which company should I join considering
a. WLB
b. quality of work
c. overall company policies
d. annual appraisals

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. I have until Friday to respond and Red Bull said they would let me know IF I made it to the final round by Friday.. should I reach out to Red Bull if I have not heard by Wednesday that I need to make a decision?

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️
