Also is there second shift strictly followed in most of the projects.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

Am I the only person who has been super disgusted to Fishbowl’s response to the Meta layoffs? I’ve been laid off twice in my career but I’m not mad at 11000 people who no longer have jobs just cause they got decent severance while I got a week on my way out. Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. I have been told my work product is good, I don't turn anything down, I participate in non-billable work, I'm responsive and I always let people know I'm available to help. Do I need to be worried about getting fired for low hours?

I have filtered 2 offers out of 4. Below are those 2 offers.
A. Infosys - 14.6lpa including 2lacs variable + 2.5JB + permanent WFH. Indore base location
B. Mphasis- 20.5lpa including 1 lac variable+ 1 lac JB. No WFH. Pune base location.

I live with parents they are not willing for pune as it is far from my hometown and Indore is near to my hometown.
Permanent WFH with infy is the only advantage.
And they says money is not everything that is quiet right.
