Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

A 60% split of collections is within a fair range, especially for a 1099 NP in telemedicine, and isn’t unusually generous. Common ranges are 50–70% of collections. Since you’re covering malpractice and credentialing, 60% is reasonable. On the higher side, but still within reason. Final fairness depends on W-2 vs 1099, visit complexity, CPT codes, and whether the NP handles charting/messages beyond visits.
There are some factors to consider to reach that decision. 60% is on the generous side because paying for the malpractice and credentialing is a significant expense on you.
I’d suggest looking in to the reimbursement contracted rates for each insurance. If they’re in the higher end, 60% would work. Also, the patient volume, how many clients is she expected to see daily/ monthly?
Reimbursement rates and patient volume would be your deciding factors. Hope it helps!
