Hi everyone. I am hoping to pivot away from bedside nursing to utilize my MBA in Healthcare Management. I am applying for jobs, but I'm feeling really confused about what I'm qualified to do. Many of the jobs I look at have business experience requirements that I don't meet, and the ones with no experience requirement pay too little for me to even consider. I live in the Western NC area, but am open to remote work. Thoughts or advice? Thanks!

My work quality is slipping due to brain fog and mental health issues and I don’t know how to address it with my firm or who to go to. I was considered one of the best associates in our practice group, but now it can take me 3-4x the time to write an average brief. I can’t seem to think and organize my thoughts any more. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. I have an urgent situation that I need advice for: what job to take? I currently have 2 job offers. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. It was sent to me last Wednesday and yesterday they left me a voicemail asking for a decision at my earliest convenience. Offer B (Manager): 76k with full benefits minus tuition assistance and only 5 PTO days first year (15 days after). Both companies said they'd groom me to take management roles.
