Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

I went thru this exact thing when I left bedside too. Everything wanted like 3–5 yrs of experience but then didn’t consider actual healthcare work as business experience lol. You’re definitely not alone, the nonprofit and tech/remote admin worlds want healthcare folks, but they don’t make it obvious how those skills translate on paper.
What helped me was literally rewriting my resume for every app, like making sure the bullets for patient care, charge nurse stuff, and anything leadership sounded more like operations or project management work, even tho it was just nursing chaos. I also started chatting with folks already working in remote healthcare jobs (LinkedIn cold DMs aren’t as awkward as you’d think in this field). That’s how I found out pharma, insurance, and telehealth companies value clinical + management combo even if you don’t fit the "years of business" checkboxes.
If you haven't tried it, tools like Resume Worded, Jobscan, or ResumeJudge actually help you map your resume to job postings so you can see what keywords you’re missing. It doesn't unlock magical jobs but honestly just helps decode their language.
What types of healthcare ops/admin roles are you hoping to land? Some of the requirements are weirdly flexible depending on the org. If you want, drop a couple of the jobs you’ve looked at, I'll take a look for you.
