I am in dilemma right now.
I recently joined HCL 2 months back as SAP ABAP Consultant. I got tagged into a project which does not have any work related to ABAP.
I have already discussed this with my manager and He said he will try for other project but it's been 15 days. I am totally idle all day.

My Experience : 3.8 years. CTC : 12 LPA.
Should I again start giving interviews or should I wait here. It's only 2 months here.

Guys, what's your opinion for my situation right now ?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

How can I update the range in one location for a tab whose data source, a second tab, is connected to SAP and the range updates on the source tab depending on quarterly activity?

Anyone else feel they have less responsibility after exiting consulting? I used to be in the room with C suite, did many board presentations etc. Now my TC is double and I’m dealing with mid-management and have less stimulating work.

Had few doubts :
1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Said person was so pleased to hear from me and told me there were open roles so they were going to refer me personally to the recruiting person (Cotd)

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
