But i always get my applications rejected, i upgraded my resume with help of Claude, have an ATS score of 73, whats wrong here that im not getting HR calls or emails?

Coming out of UG, I accepted my first job b/c I thought I had to based on status of other interviews. After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.
