I received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for a Senior Consultant position at 125K. I have a couple of questions and would appreciate any advice or input.
1. Remote Work: The position is currently hybrid in the DMV area. Do you think it's possible to negotiate for a fully remote role with travel as needed?
2. Location: There's a BAH office closer to my location in upstate New York. Is it reasonable to ask if the position can be based out of that office instead of the DMV?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
