I wanted to ask the community — is it realistic to receive a compensation package of ₹1 Cr+ (CTC) in India for someone with 10+ years of experience in software development?

If yes, could you share what kind of roles, companies, or skill sets typically reach that compensation range? Any insights on career paths or domains that make this possible would be really helpful.
