After recovering from a medical emergency, I’m restarting my career in Analytics as a fresher. So, my MS got caught as a subcontractor for one of my vendors and he was doing their work instead of the property's while clocked in I brought it to HR. we did a cease and desist despite my objections...MS ended up putting his two week notice during which he didnt work and spoke ill of me and my remaining staff to residents...today was his last day and with my regionals permission i told him that our vendor was not allowed to use him on our property due to the conflict. Do you agree?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

So I left my medical interpreter job back in February due to differences with management and I’m working to make the jump to another field such as Higher Ed and/or Tech. One that I’ve been particularly interested in is Amazon (corporate) but I have no idea how to make the transition there. Any recommendations/tips?

Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
