Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Anyone have any advice or insight on interviewing for a GS General Attorney position? I’m really excited and working to prepare for an interview I’ve been offered. I've used intuition and visual assessment prior to COVID. Now we find we need to more trust on how the client views the change needed (or not recognizing the need).

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.
