We are not currently married but will be getting married next month, and my husband will travel back after the wedding. I need assistance if I should apply for B2 visa and travel with my husband and later change the status to H4 in the US. Or should I wait in India and apply for an H4 visa. TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
