Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs
YOE - 14 years
Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices
Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending).
SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA
Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year.
Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless).

USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself.
Can you please help which is better offer?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

How much time Accenture takes to come back after some one clears the tech round?

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period.
