Hi! Wondering if it is still with the $$ to get certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt? I have my PMP and a MPH— but wondering if LSSBB is going to make much of a difference to hiring managers? Is this just a thing of the 90’s and early 2000’s or are companies still looking for folks with these credentials?

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. Anyone watch the clock tick away and have this endless dread of the work day starting like me. When I wake up on weekdays I dread looking at the clock. During the day I mentally start counting down how much time is left on a 30 min break, on Sundays it’s a whole different story.

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

@Capco what’s the comms/content space like? I’ve heard lots of mixed reviews re: consultancy jobs, but that’s not my focus. I ask as I’m looking into a potential position at Capco, but concerned I could be leaving a more “secure” company (BofA) for a raise at another org. that has a lot of room for improvement.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
