Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? Trying to gauge the meaning of response from PPED round. Was interviewing for a position in one of the big 4 and the principal in the PPED round mentioned at the end of the call “ I will have my recruiter reach out to you and discuss the next steps”. Questions -
1) How is the work culture in Evalue as compared to EY India?
2) They are asking to join within 1 month, can this be extended to 2 months which is NP at EY?
3) I have asked for 17 LPA fixed. So, how abt the salary structure over there? Negotiations are still happening. So, how much can they give.
