How to delay joining date after getting offer letter.

Actually i am a immediate joiner. Layed off by my company.

Yesterday got a offer. This company wants me to join from next monday. But i want to wait atleast a week or 2 to get a better offer on this offer as other interviews are in pipeline

What excuse can i give to this company so that they agress. Also i should look professional

No financial issues. I can wait this whole month

After clearing an online test for Medtronic and a technical interview, HR told me to send some documents and also shared some forms to be filled. Does that mean I got the job? :D

Been through all interviews, recruiter said it's looking good but they would let me know early this week and asked if that works from a timing perspective since they know I was interviewing with someone else also. I said yeah that's fine. Would it be weird to follow up today or should I wait to hear from them? Want this one over the other but don't want to seem desperate..

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

How bad is it to sound shaky during the case interview? I got everything right and nailed the math but I feel like I sounded like I was about to cry even though I was confident 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist.
