I am into Risk Consulting for the last 5 years and moved to North America last year only.

The kind of work I used to do back in south asia was quite different and involved data analysis and actual ground level improvements for teh companies. After moving here, I have just been doing Control Testings which feels very procedural.

Can anyone suggested some similar lines of work that I can pursue here? And How to get into them.?

P.S.: I dont know computer languages and have finance backgrnd

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

Tax Manager - what type of stuff can I exit to? I mostly has flow through entity experience and no income tax provision experience at a Top 15 firm. If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner. Also I got a long way to go before senior manager fyi.
