How do I get over my fear of speaking during a client meeting? I guess a lot of the fear stems from sounding dumb, not understanding something, or blanking out.

Has anyone else worked two programming roles at one time?
I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. I definitely could use the extra paycheck to help out with my financial obligations. Just wanted to see if anyone has done this before.

How do you all deal with time management - and specifically time estimate - problems?

I always underestimate how long things will take, both because we ADHD’ers view time differently and because I don’t build in time for getting distracted.

I work with a partner who asks me by when I can get something done rather than giving a deadline. I appreciate the flexibility but I always short sell myself and end up pulling all-nighters to meet my self-imposed unrealistic deadlines.

Hi All,Can anyone help me in this situation.I had cleared tech assessment, tech interview and then I got a mail for HR round where I had the compensation discussion and was informed to upload the doc and further told to wait for the offer letter.But after that I got the technical assessment link and status is showing as interviewing .I tried reaching out to all the hr through mail and calls but none of them are responding.Can anyone guide me or help me with any senior person from Accenture hr dept who can help me

What’s the pass rate for Workday exams, especially for ones you might do as your first certification (HCM, Finance, Adaptive, etc)? I know the pass score is normally 70, but what percent of people pass on the first try? How common is it to redo a course/exam? I’m starting my first course tomorrow and I’m just a little bit terrified.

Hi Everyone, need some advice. The only reason why I took my current role is because my direct supervisor would be a black woman VP- I was obviously excited because I've never worked with another black woman before. She's been out on maternity leave since September and I've had to cover her role and do my job, which is two levels above mine and supervising someone above my level. Yesterday the SVP tells me they found a new VP (ww) who would be my new boss.
